Iconic 80's Item: White Leather Fringe Jacket

I'm currently watching "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" on cable and walking down memory lane remembering how much I coveted this hot, fresh white fringe leather jacket that Simone wore.  I mean, seriously!  How hot was this jacket? 

 

But wait, there's more.  Another iconic film from this era was a film that I can quote every single line from - "Can't Buy Me Love" with Patrick Dempsey and a very young Seth Green.  Do you remember the hot, hot, hot leather fringe outfit that Amanda Peterson wears to the party in one of the opening scenes and it gets wine thrown on it by accident?  I would have DIED for that outfit.  Remember this?  Good times, good times...!
